We started the year off with the sweetest little baby joining our family.  On January 11th, 2016 Jacob Blaine Hopkins made his debut at Penrose North Hospital, Colorado Springs.  He quickly won our hearts with his bright eyes and beautiful smile!

Lily started off our Christmas season with her wonderful rendition of Jingle Bells.  She makes our hearts happy!

We spent Christmas in Chicago with Kim and Chris, Kate and Jonathan, Spencer, Max, Grant, Blythe, and Gracie.

Blythe turned 8 on Dec 21.  She was baptized on Dec 26 and it was a great day for her family and many friends.

Kevin and I had a great 4th of July week in Salt Lake City visiting friends
and seeing new sights.  One of the highlights was a lunch
with Phil and Meredith Ellsworth -

and spent a morning at the Amana Colonies having
breakfast and shopping - what could be better???

Our Mom and Grammie passed away on March 2, 2015
after a bout of pneumonia and in infection she
couldn't quite beat.We are so thankful for her
example, her sweet spirit, and the ways in

A Summer trip to the Denver for the Primary children of the Chapel Hills Ward - Eilis, Hollie, and Emma really enjoyed their day.

by her father.

Our sweet Dad and Papa passed away on July 7, 2014 after a
brief illness.  We will miss his  mischievous smile and elbow
pinches!

me take care of the Ellsworth children while Kim and Chris were away.
We had a great time, swimming, shopping at Trader Joe's, and playing Phase 10.
