A new year, and I really want to create something that might bring us closer together as a family.  My hope is to update every Sunday, hoping it won't take quite as long as it did today.  We just celebrated Emma and Cory's birthdays, and next month Sayre will turn the BIG FIVE.

Everyone is so busy with work - Kim has a new job at an elementary school, sounds like she is running the place and keeping parents from bringing pets into the classroom!  Angella also has a new job at a Storage facility and I think she's been promoted to "boss lady".  Kate is taking care of IOWA Photo students, and Cory teaching 6th graders Math (including Lily).  Jonathan is playing and teaching Trombone, Josh is back and forth between the radio station and his IT office downtown.  Adam is taking care of Timberview's 7th graders, and Chris is still flying with the Friendly Skies of United.  Dad has got a"gazillion" projects in line, but right now we have been focusing on our bathroom make-over.  We are hoping they will be finished with the shower early this week, so we can move on with the painting, and new floor.

We love our Grandchildren so, so much!  We love when they come to visit, Facetime, or spend the night.  We will take them anytime!  Each week I thought I would focus on two or three of them so tonight I wanted to update you Max, Hollie and Paul.

The following photos capture Max serving the Vietnamese families in the California Anaheim Mission. You can i-message him or send a letter the old-fashioned way to: Max Ellsworth  California Anaheim Mission 2500 North Bristol St Santa Ana, CA 92706

Hollie is a Freshman at Fountain Ft Carson High School. She is a busy lady, making lots of friends, doing great in her classes, and activities.  She is also an amazing cook!

And then there is Paul - Having fun with cousins, uncles, and friends.  If you want to know more about having fun with friends - you will have to ask him.

This past month Kevin and I watched this most amazing talk by Elder Bednar on You Tube.  It's not the usual very serious Elder Bednar, but he was talking to missionaries in the MTC and it was such a wonderful talk and I actually found myself laughing out loud.  Take some time to watch it this week.  It will uplift you and brighten your day.  I promise it was so very good! This is the link to the video - https://youtu.be/AGS45Fd9nmE  (you may have to copy and past this - but it will be worth it)

Love you all!  Check back next week for updates!
