HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ADAM!
Happy Birthday to a great son, father, husband, brother, uncle, friend, and counselor to all those Timberview Middle schoolers. Every day you make a difference in our lives! You make us laugh, and help us to remember that we are supposed to be having fun, even through the hard times. Love you so much!
Grant finally got his car back after some repair work and is busy with work and school.Spencer is still enjoying work at Cooper's Hawk and I'm wondering if he ever gets to bring home leftover desserts because they sound delicious.

A couple of weeks ago, while we were cleaning out a closet, I found an old favorite camera. Curious to know if it would still work, Dad played with it and then decided it needed a new battery and charging cord. When he got it put back together we found the following gems ~
Such fond memories π
This has been a busy week for EVERYONE!
Dad has stayed busy in the bathroom - I mean working on the bathroom π. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, the finish is in sight! Hooray!! Friday we are planning a short trip to Ikea to pick up some shelves that we can use for extra towels and baskets.
Down south in Fountain
Ben had a field day this week at school and it looks like he wore himself out π. Josh and Eilis came to cheer him on -
Eilis had a Robotics Competition this past weekend and she said their team did great and came in 9th overall - Emma was there to be her cheerleader.

Blythe celebrated her high school's Homecoming this week -

Sayer is growing like a weed and literally keeping his Dad and Mom on the run!
It makes me sad to see these kids grow up so quickly - sometimes I
wish they could stay little for just an extra year or two. π

Also, a special thanks to Jonathan and Kate who didn't miss the opportunity to feed Sendai's squirrel fetish
North to Monument
This happy clan is so busy with school, work, soccer, and more soccer. Jake, Paul, and Lily all had games on Saturday, and each in a different place. I was able to catch Jake's last game of the season. Wow! What a great player he is - I'm sure it doesn't hurt to have a coaching Dad, and a brother and sister who also play. Jake runs amazingly fast, and I got to see him score a goal. He also played Goalie for a while and reminded me so much of Adam.
Cory spent part of last week camping with 6th graders for High Trails. In my book, she just earned her way to Heaven!
It was so fun to see these two cuties who came over Sunday to celebrate Adam's birthday. Sammi is doing great in school and still working at Jellystone Resort Park on Saturdays. She joined DECA this school year - so what out World for Ms. Professional!
One of my favorite things, is the way these kids cheer for each other. Love you all so much!
And to our West, the California Anaheim Mission ~
Just talked to Max and he is doing great. He told us a wonderful story he recently heard from a visiting Authority about how confidence in ourselves is less important than confidence in our Savior. I'm not sure if I said that correctly, but I told him to put his thoughts from the talk in an email, so hopefully he will have time to do so.
Max said he translates often for Temple recommend interviews, and occasional meetings. His companion is a cadet from the Air Force Academy, taking time out for a mission.
I hope everyone has a wonderful week. One thing I have learned through all of the busyness of the past few days, is "line upon line, precept upon precept". When I think of all the things I need to get done I get overwhelmed, but when I just focus on one thing at a time, life seems much easier, and I am in a better place to hear the whisperings of the Spirit.
